2009 StaffSheila Muhlenkamp, Business Manager
Sheila is our brand new Business Manager who comes to us with more than 12 years of management experience. Recently she was the manager at the Braille Institute's retail store in Anaheim, CA. "With most of my customers having low vision or no vision, it was a different way of doing retail. I felt really good at the end of the day-- I wasn't just selling things, I was enriching peoples lives. It gave a whole new meaning to customer service." She and her family recently moved to Wyoming to get away from the big city and slow down some. "We're really loving it in Wyoming. Everyone waves to you, even if they don't know you-- very different from California!" Visitor Center Customer Service Staff
